Bayside Council's parks, gardens, and wetlands are vital habitats for a wide variety of native animals and plants. It's important that we care for these spaces and protect the natural environment we all share.

Report sick and injured wildlife by calling your local wildlife rescue group, whose volunteers specialise in rescuing and caring for our native animals, and they will let you know what you can do or will send a volunteer if they can.
