Park spraying

Bayside Council staff and contractors will be conducting a broadleaf weed and bindii control herbicide application to our passive and active fields, parks, playgrounds, dog enclosures and open spaces across the LGA.

The work will commence in July and conclude in October (weather permitting). 

The majority of the work will be conducted in the early morning to reduce impact to the community. 

Areas will be sign posted prior, during and after application. Signage will be removed once the areas are good to re-enter, generally 1 to 2 hours after application.
