Testing webform 'Hear Our Voice' vendor application form Current 'Hear Our Voice' Concert Contact Stall information Utilities Complete The 'Hear Our Voice' concert is on from 11:00am to 3:00pm, Saturday, 23 September at Sir Joseph Banks Park, Botany. We are seeking a range of food and drink vendors, arts and crafts stalls, merchandise stalls, as well as applications from community groups looking to engage with Bayside residents. All stallholders are required to trade from 11:00am to 3:00pm. A separate form must be completed for each stall. Schedule Start Finish Activity 7:00am 10:30am Bump in 11:00am 3:00pm Rides, activities, entertainment, and stalls 3:15pm 5:30pm Bump out: Stalls, amusement rides and activities Food and beverage stalls We are seeking a range of food and beverage stalls, especially those that could support an outdoor movie, or may suit a multicultural, amusement or carnival theme, such as international cuisines, showbags, fairy floss and popcorn. Your application form is for a space only. You can bring your own structure, or Bayside Council can provide a stall structure with name signage on the front. Stall / space Dimensions Cost (excl. GST) Space - single 3m x 3m $200 each Space - double 6m x 3m $350 each Stall - single 3m x 3m $400 each Stall - double 6m x 3m $700 each Basic stall lighting is provided for hired stalls if trading late. Power can be provided on request for a fee. Food trucks We are seeking a range of high-quality food trucks, and will provide space up to 8m long. $400 per truck/ trailer. Power can be provided on request for a fee. Amusement, market, arts and craft stalls Products we would like to exhibit on the day include locally made: Gourmet packaged food Art and craft Clothing Homewares Your application form is for a space only.
