Our 1300 line remains open over public holiday periods and will divert to our after hours and public holidays centre.
Call our service centres between 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays) to make a payment over the phone. You can also complete transactions any time using our online services.

Emergencies
In an emergency call 000 for the NSW Police Force, Fire and Rescue NSW and the Ambulance Service of NSW.

Justice of the Peace
Justice of the Peace (JP) services are provided by volunteers as a service to the community by the NSW Justice Association Inc.
You don’t need to make an appointment to see a JP, however call the library where your closest JP service is located before arriving to confirm they will be available on the day.
- Eastgardens Library JP services are every Tuesday from 9am to 1pm, and Thursday from 1pm to 4:45pm
- Mascot Library JP services are every Thursday from 10:30am to 12:30pm
- Sans Souci Library JP services are every Monday from 10am to 12pm.
