Botany Bay Development Control Plan 2013
The Botany Bay Development Control Plan (2013) provides planning and design guidelines and development controls for Development Applications (DAs) proposed within the former Botany Bay Council area.
The controls also assist with the protection and enhancement of the public domain.
On 27 August 2021, the Bayside Local Environmental Plan 2021 was made. The Botany Bay DCP 2013 has been updated to reference the provisions of the Bayside LEP.
The Botany Bay DCP is an extensive document, with a number of chapters that address various issues and site-specific matters.
