This workshop focuses on how to successfully establish and maintain composting and worm farming systems to elevate your garden's productivity while reducing waste.

There will be two sessions on Saturday 3 May at 9.30am and 1pm.

The sessions are designed for beginners and for those who want to improve their processes, covering:

• How to set up and maintain a compost bin
• What to put in a compost bin
• Getting the balance right in a compost bin
• Turning compost
• How to use finished compost
• How to set up and maintain a worm farm
• What to put in a worm farm
• How to harvest castings
• How to use outputs from the worm farm, liquid and worm castings

Two lucky attendees will be randomly drawn from a list to win either a compost bin or worm farm at the end of the workshop.
