1. Register your business via VendorPanel Marketplace to obtain a username and password. Make sure you have selected the relevant categories that your business supply goods, provides services and/or works to ensure you receive the notification when the tender is advertised.  

2. Log in to VendorPanel. If you have any issues, please contact VendorPanel Support.

3. Find and review the tender document. You must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) which needs to be included in your submission. You can apply for an ABN via the Australian Business Register website. For any queries relating to the tender, please contact the nominated representative in the tender advertisement and document.

4. Lodge your submission. Once you have completed all necessary requested documents, you are ready to lodge your tender document.

5. Tender submissions should be lodged electronically via VendorPanel by the closing time and date. Late submissions will not be considered. 
  
6. You will receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your submission.

All tender submissions are reviewed by a Tender Evaluation Panel in accordance with the criteria listed in the tender documents. Failure to answer all mandatory fields can result in your tender being marked as non-coompliant.

Council's evaluation panel will examine your application for compliance with the conditions of tendering and evaluation criteria specified in the tender documents. The Panel will base procurement decisions on a principle of value for money incorporating other criteria (but not limited to) capability and capacity, demonstrated experience and past performance, staff experience, goods or service offering and approaches to methodology and/or program, and due dilligence checks.  

The Panel's recommendation is then reported to Council for a formal adoption.

You will be advised by Council whether your submission was successful or not.
