Council will be carrying out maintenance activities on the medium islands along Wentworth Avenue, Mascot and The Grand Parade, Brighton

Landscape maintenance of the median garden areas located along Wentworth Avenue and General Holmes Drive is scheduled to begin Sunday 15 December, and finish early on Friday 20 December. 

The work will be done in the evenings from 9pm to 5am until Friday morning.

Traffic control measures will be in place to slow vehicles along Wentworth Avenue starting from Sutherland Street, Mascot, and heading east to Southern Cross Drive. The works continue east along Wentworth Avenue finishing at Bunnerong Road, Eastgardens.

Wentworth Avenue maintenance will be completed first. Then the landscape crew will move to General Holmes Drive, Kyeemagh.
