Bayside Council’s 2024 Summer Youth Holiday program offers a range of free events and activities that give local young people an opportunity to get active and learn new skills.

The program offers plenty to keep young people active during the holidays, with supervised events including games, art, workshops and get-togethers held across Bayside during January.

This year the Summer Youth Holiday Program includes a free beatboxing workshop, indoor climbing, skateboarding.

Bayside’s Youth team will also be holding youth pop-ups at parks across Bayside.

Budding Baristas can learn how to pour the perfect coffee at the Barista Basics Coffee Academy for just $10, while Rollerfit is available for seasoned skaters or beginners for $10 which includes the hire of skates if needed.

The Summer Youth Holiday Program is for young people between the ages of 12-25 who live, work, study or have a strong connection to the Bayside local government area.

The full program is available on Council’s website.
